Bottle from Beer 52. Appearance - golden amber with a nicely proportioned head. Nose - dried orange and winter spices. Taste - general fruit cake notes. Palate - medium bodied creamy yet tangy in texture. Dry tangy finish. Overall - good gear.

33cl bottle from the Beer52 selection for September. Pale amber with a thick off-white head; floral aroma with some gooseberry and yeast; big, lip-smacking sauvignon grape taste with some sour apple and gooseberry in the background; and a hint of lemon to finish. This really lets the Nelson Sauvin hops shine through.
