Imperial Stout “Gose Style”. Gose Bastards is a beer experiment where we cross organoleptic concepts that add and enhance: Based on a solid Imperial Stout with a certain smoky touch and low bitterness, we enhance the notes of chocolate and cocoa through a touch of mineral salt and natural aromas. A touch of orange appears behind, bitter and acidic, but friendly, with a silky, sweet and vanilla finish. That is, an Imperial Stout enhanced with the characteristics of "Gose" beers: salt, and light acidity.

Caña en el IV summer beer festival Gijón 01..09..2016. (r03). Imperial stout sal cacao lactosa y naranja. Color negro intenso con espuma beige oscuro. Aromas y sabores maltosos algo tostados con toques dulces y bastante lectivos. toques de cacao y cafe. cuerpo medio a intenso 10 vol que le dan desde el principio aspecto de licor. Bastante buena, para repetir sin duda.

On Tap @V Festival Milanito. 27/08/2016 Color negro, espuma beige, aromas chocolate cafe, sabor tostados, cuerpo medio, peculiar pero bien.

@Feria de Noblejas’16. Black color with an off-white head, good retention. Aroma has light coffee notes with roasted malts. Flavor is roasty, with notes of licorice and coffee. Alcohol is not much present, maybe hidden by roasted malts notes.
