Bottle in the Cultuur Cafe on 11th November 2025. Slight haze to the golden body, white crust. Ginger aroma and taste, not subtle, but not overly ginger either. Different and not unpleasant, but not really my thing.

Bottle from Beers of Europe. Pours hazy yellow gold with a thin white head. Aromas of grapefruit and dried ginger. Taste adds some grassy hops. Ginger lingers.

Sample (thanks omhper!). Yellowish golden colour with a mediumsized white head. Aroma is ginger, some spruce shoots and mild citrusy tones. Flavour is ginger, some grapefruits, mild herbal, grassy and some floral tones. Long gingery aftertaste.

--Bottled. -- Clear golden, mid sized head. Evident ginger aroma with some grapefruit. Mid dry with medium body and clean rounded mouthfeel. Ginger and grapefruit. Long bitter finish with some metal.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a cloudy, opaque, orangey golden with a white head. Sweet ginger aroma. Medium body a dry fruitiness with distinct ginger accents. An astringent finish with a herbal bitterness. 130324

Pours bit hazed blonde. Smaller white head. Scent is ginger indeed. Mild malty base . Silent on hops and yeast. Taste is fairly bitter, medium intense ( but outspoken indeed) ginger . Tad sweet. Medium high carbonation, medium body.
