Could crush these grassy delightful Nelson(!) beers all day. Fantastic pale. Maybe better than Fidens. 🇺🇸 playing 🇨🇳 in women’s volleyball.

Pours hazy gold light gold into a willi. Bright white head with good retention recedes leaving trailing sheets. Mango, pineapple and weed aromas. Soft with sweet white smarties, hot weed and lemon upfront turning to dusty lupulin before the lasting, earthy lemon pith and peel finish.

Oh wow! Big Nelson Sauvin aromas - and I do like this hop. Hazy golden-amber colour with a nice frothy-creamy, warm-white head, good retention and lots of sticky-creamy lacing streaks. That nose that give that mix of nuttiness, woodiness and cilantro - awesome!! The mouthfeel seems wet at first, but heads right into some good dryness with light zest left on the tongue. Oranges juice, other citrus zest flavours with the awesomeness that Nelson Sauvin gives. Yep, I do like this hops, and this beer makes it shine.

Pour at de Garde 10th Anniversary. Hazy straw color with a small white head. Aroma is fruity and floral, melon, stone fruit. Taste is white grapes, light citrus and flowers. Wonderfully complex but oh so easy to drink. Damn tasty.

Panda at home, post tasting thanks to Dave, 09/02/23. Hazed orange with a good sized white cap that dissipates to a swirl. Nose is papaya, soft malts, orange zest, mandarin, pineapple, dankish tones. Taste comprises stoned fruit esters, lychee, pissy Nelson, grass, papaya, grapefruit, hop spice. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with balanced light resinous Nelson hop bitterness. Solid kit.
