Drawing its bitterness to such a height (50 IBU) that only sailors and deep miners can drink it. Or people with severe burns. 7.7 ° and just with grain malt, no extracts, no centrifuge! To be able to weather the storm. Very round, it has a copper blonde color. It's a triple fermentation, so don't hesitate to forget it in the cellar, in 6 months it will be even better!

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of jaghana. Pours a hazy pale amber with an off-white head. Sweet fruity nose with some perfumy hops. Sweet malty and fruity, heavy phenols. Not that distinct in its hoppiness. Just sort of a hoppy Belgian ale really. 080911

*** FRENCH BEER # 200 *** bottle from Vilage de la Bière Strasbourg. Hazy copper-golden colour, large off-white head. Malty nose with bitter orange. Full-bodied, intensively malty with a nice fruity character, mainly bitter orange, orange peel, orange marmalade... Dry hoppy finish. Very nice and pleasantly smooth carbonation and palate. Not as hoppy as expected, but nevertheless a delicious and well crafted beer.
