BrewDog Pale ale is a classic west coast pale ale, paying tribute to the beers like Sierra Nevada Pale Ale which inspired us to start up our brewery, albeit at a slightly more sessionable ABV. BrewDog Pale Ale focusses on a very heavy hop dosing in the whirlpool which gives a slightly different hop impact than a heavily dry-hopped beer with the hop character slightly more subtle on the nose but deeper intertwined into the light and malty backbone of the new beer.

33 cl. can @ home, bought @ Coop, Culemborg. Clear amber with a white head. Citrus aroma. Sweet taste with a bitter finish. Quite stale to be honest, not something I'm used to coming from Brewdog. Bit dissapointing.

Can, medium long lasting bubbly head, clear palish gold color, bread, dough, light pine in aroma, medium herbal bitterness, hint of citrus and fruit. Not too aromatic, but straight and to the point.

Can. Pours gold with reasonable white head that reduces to lacing. Aroma of citrus, grapefruit, malt, sweetness. Low carbonation, moderate body, a little oily. Taste of citrus, pepper, biscuit, a little dry and bitter. Its nice enough but it tastes a bit dulled.

Can thanks to allmyvinyl. Appearance - golden with a big fluffy head. Nose - freshly washed clothes smell. Lemon and herbs. Biscuit at the back. Taste - more citrus and herbs. Again gentle biscuit. Palate - light bodied, fresh and refreshing. Overall - decent.

Clear golden with a white head. Aroma is a bit sewer like upfront, strange yeast, plastercine and citrus behind. Flavour is light sweet and moderate bitter. Light bodied with light carbonation.

0,33 boks fra Gulating Harstad, på altanen hos Lillegutt juni-20: klar gylden med fint skum som varer. Slank og velsmakende maltbase med furunål, grapefrukt og noen visne urter/gress.

Can from the brewery online shop. Pours clear golden with a thin white head. Aromas of resinous hops, grassy too. Taste is light malt sweet up front, then a dank bitterness. Shandy vibes on the finish.
