We came up with a bright and bold session IPA that’s still refreshing and thirst-quenching, but with bags of character. New World hops give a fresh and fruity palate, which is assertive without overwhelming the food.

Part of the Beer52's Table beer and food project.

[33cl bottle from Beer52.] A straw coloured pour with a thin white head; citrusy aroma with a odd metallic edge; clementine and uzzu taste with a biscuity body. Clean crisp and refreshing but oddly flavoured.

Thin off white head left a collar on a hazy dark lemon coloured still body. Chalk & citrus aroma. Medium to thin bodied, airy over the tongue with a sharp clean finish. Bitter pithy tastes with lemon, grapefruit, salt & hops. Refreshing!

hazy yellow beer, bubbly white head.Flavour is grassy hop with zesty citrus. Flavour is.... a bit..... meh? Citrus hop, not a heck of a lot else. Stops short of being watery and on a hot day? Yeah, at 4% you could happily batter through this. It's not one to write home about though.

330ml bottle; BB 1st Oct 2019. Drank at home on 29th Nov 2018. Slight haze to the golden pour, soft white crown on top. Hop lead in the aroma and taste, light citrus leanings within the nose and flavour, decent malty undertones.
