Clearish gold with a decent white head. Light funk with a touch of lemon. Light tart lemon peel and a light finish. Flavourful but light.

500ml Lambic bottle. (4.4% ABV) Pours a hazy gold-amber with a thin, fizzy, short lived, white head that leaves spotty lacing. Aroma of grainy pale malt, oats, red berries, funky Brett and oak. Sweet fruity flavour of pale malt, strawberry, raspberry, cherry, honey, vinegar, Brett, cognac and oak in a dry, tart finish. Light body with a watery texture and lively carbonation. Refreshing and easy to drink. Nicely done.

On tap at Farmhouse Fest 2019, pours a dark ruby red with a small white head. Aroma brings out deep red fruits and a touch of wild yeast. Flavour is loads with deep raspberries and cherries, with light wild notes. Lovely use of the berries. Excellent.
