Trocken herber Beginn. Minimal hopfig, wenig würzig, mild bitter. Mittellanger Abgang. Okay, nur das "Keller" im Namen verstehe ich nicht, in meiner Flasche lässt sich beim besten Willen keine Trübung feststellen. 8/8/8/8/8/8

0.33 l bottle at 5.2% abv from 'Bergmann Stehbierhalle Drive-In', best before January 2021. Clear, golden with a medium large, frothy, stable, white head. Slightly sweetish, rather herbal-grassy and slightly fruity-floral aroma of hay, some grains and a touch of lemon peel. Slightly sweet, gently bitter, fairly herbal-grassy and slightly fruity-floral taste of grains, hay and some lemon peel, followed by a short, quite bitter, herbal-grassy, rather dry finish. Medium body, smooth and gently effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Rather classic but fairly hoppy and aromatic Pils, quite good!

Gezapft (Juli 2018, "hefetrüb, hopfenfrisch"):Light Golden, hazy, rather quickly collapsing loose white head; dryish floral-herbal bitter nose with fruity esters and pale malt in the back; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, medium bodied, a bit sticky; lingering bitter-malty finish. Good...
