C’est la plus subtile des brunes. Elle s’affiche fièrement avec d’autres bières de même couleur sans en rougir. Ses légers arômes de café en font une bière de caractère rustique, sortant des sentiers battus.

Bottle from Carrefour in Scheibenhard. Fruity caramelly beginning. Hints of grain, creamy caramel with bready hints. Dried fruit somehow, caramel and roasted grain. Sweetish malty finish, not bad.

At a tasting, thanks, small fizzy bubbly head, cloudy very deep red color, aroma of nuts with animal feed and some caramel in the back, flavor of caramel with some nuts and metal notes, light bready sweetness, too much carbonation. Fair.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Dancing Camel. Thanks Naama. Hazy deep amber-brown. Aroma of malt, lots of nuts, caramel, a bit of fruitiness. Sweetish flavor with malt, caramel, nuts, a bit of fruitiness, and a light bitterish note. Medium-bodied, over-carbonated. OK.

Bottled@Björntasting. Amber colour, small head. Aroma is fruity, some floral and wooden notes as well as mild nutty notes. Flavour is quite similar, but has some quite similar metallic notes as the Doigt de Dieu had.

50cl bottle. Amber colored with a thin white head. Sweet spicy, bready notes. Tickly mouthfeel. Flavor has sweetness, caramel, raisins. Easy, could drink a ton of this.

Bottled. A hazy red beer with a huge orangey head. The aroma has notes of malt, alcohol, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and nuts, leading to a lightly bitter finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.
