Most recent creation of the brewery, Hinano Blanche is a beer with a low level of bitterness, with 4.5% alcohol content. At first sight, our beer reveals a color naturally cloudy (unfiltered), with citrus fruit and coriander notes, crowned by a creamy foam.
Beer lovers will be satisfied by its pleasant feeling of freshness!
It is available in 330ml cans and bottles and on tap.

Sample, thanks Robin Svensson! Slightly hazy golden, small head. Aroma of sweet apples, wheat buns and slight coriander. Mid sweet with light body and clean mouthfeel. Cidery and somewhat doughy. Low bitterness. Pretty typical commerical blanche, reasonably drinkable. I'd assume more so in Tahiti than in Scandinavian december darkness.

Simple et désaltérante, cette blanche ne vous laissera pas un souvenir mémorable sans déplaire toutefois. Ecorce d'orange et coriandre ont été intégrées dans la recette. En verre, nous sommes sur un blond pale limpide avec une fine effervescence peu soutenue et quasi sans mousse. Le nez est sur le blé, le citron et de légères notes de coriandre et d'orange. En bouche, on retrouve ce même cocktail, simple mais désaltérant, peu corpulent et sans longueur. N'en attendez pas trop.
