Bottle from the LCBO. Clear golden pour, with a small white head. Aroma is musty apple skins, light sulphites, honey, and some floral notes. mouth feel is thin, light carb. Finish is tart, semi dry.

330ml bottle from Basco online. Clear gold colour, short-lived thin white head and aroma of apple, core, fruity. Taste is sweet, apple, fruity, skin and core, sugary, with light acidity and tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, medium-dry finish. Quite drinkable.

750mL bottle, pours a clear dull yellow with a large white head that dissipates almost immediately. Aroma brings out crisp apple skins, champagne effervescence, and a touch of brown sugar. Flavour is medium sweet, with lots of apple skins, moderately sweet apple juice, a bit of brown sugar, and champagne-like effervescence. The high carbonation drowns out some of the sweetness, but this is still a bit too sweet for me. Well-made no doubt though.

Clear gold with no head with lots of bubbles. Apple skin and light funk. Semi sweet, light tannins and a decent acidity. Nothing overly complex, but not bad.
