1, 2 & 3 year old lambic, with 2016 harvest of riesling and blue muscat grapes. Extended maceration and extended post-maceration barrel aging, inspired by orange wines. Bottled December 2017.

Pours rather clear, dark redblonde ( color seems to have faded a bit already ). Small white head. Smell is full, fruity, red grapes, subtile. Taste is full, fruity, herbal, very refined, red grapes, sourness is noticable, but doesnt overpower. Long lasting grapes during the aftertaste.

Als je dan eens de kans hebt om een bokkereyder te drinken dan doe je dat gewoon. Grote fles of nie. Wat een fantastische lambic weer. Bravo
