Bottle @ Drie Dorstige Herten, large sample. Slight hazy yellow to golden color, medium frothy white head. Aroma of grassy hop, bit fruity, slight flowery, just a hint of the peppery belgian yeast. Quite bitter in taste, bit dry. Bitterness keeps going in the finish. Really a combination of a session IPA with a slight peppery yeast, without going too much towards one or the other. Session IPA with belgian yeast, Dutch brewers, it is possible to do it well.
