Opaque black beer. Zero head. Sourish nose. Crisp dry palate. Pretty sour, bordering on pucker territory. Sour dark malt and tha’s about it. Not my favourite French beer.

Bottled @ Olfestival 09 pre-tasting. Coca-cola appearance, no head. Aroma of tobacco, coffee, sourness as well. Very weird brew.

Bottle from La Cave a Bulles. Pours opaque brown/black with bubbles, but no head. Something of a mocha aroma. Near medium body with soft carbonation. It’s sour, and it has coffee. There’s spice and nuts, and arguably chocolate. Finishes with darkish fruit and sour and chocolate. Really different beer.
