Creamy beige head stayed well on a dark brown, still body. Earthy aroma with over ripe fruit, sour, woody, dark fruits & berries. Medium bodied, sharp, medium carbonation with a soft feeling back. To the fore there’s sour over ripe fruit, dark berries, blueberry & blackberry. This is followed by a sweeter back of brown sugar, dark spirits & stone fruits. Such a balanced beer but at the same time it goes to the extremes.
