Tap @ Idletyme. Brown coloured. Light toasted malts, lemonade, lemon, a bit odd.

This was poured into a mug.
The appearance was a soft semi-hazy brown color with a light transparency about it. A one finger white foamy head dissipated at a nice pace. Slight rings of foaminess graces the glass nicely.
The smell started off with sweet nutty character with a mostly roasty underneath. Slight toffee, cocoa and coffee roll in to blend nicely.
The taste was moderately sweet carrying the roastiness to blend. It gets a bit more malty in the flavor adding a quick sweet semi-dry aftertaste leading into a quick dry semi-roasty finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fairly decent sessionability about it. Carbonation runs smooth and somewhat light.
Overall, this was a nice English Brown ale that I would have again. Though a bit dryer than other English Brown ales, it’s still a nice beer to drink.

Caramel color nose is sweet and juicy. Some plum and caramelized sugar. Taste is caramelized brown sugar and dark fruits. Sweety and off fruit with tree bark.

A hazed dark amber ale with a thin mocha head. In aroma, light nutty malt with grassy hops, a bit of boiled veggies, so-so. In mouth, roasted malt, light coffee and herbal hops, not bad.
