On tap at Bad Staffelstein BF 2019. a full pils a big more malty a bit bitter on the finish. Clean . Some lemon curd. I thought decent better than I expected but then all the beers I had from this brewery were good. Some dryness on finish some bitterness some floral hop. ok.

Bottle: Golden, almost clear, quickly collapsing loose White foam; dryish pale-malty nose, some herbal hops detectable in the Background; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied, pretty soft; lingering bitter-sweet finish, some pale malt in the aftertaste. Not so bad, but more a Landbier than a Pils...

(bottle, purchased at the brewery) Clear, golden colour with a blond medium-sized foamy head. Slightly doughy and bready malty aroma with hints of caramel, as well as notes of herbal and subtle fruity hops. Moderately sweet and slightly bitter flavour, medium to light bodied with a soft carbonation. Mildly bready and delicately sugary (cara-)malt character with a slightly herbal and subtle fruity hoppy background; sweet malty and delicately hop bitter finish, including shades of herbal spice and traces of citrus. Easy-going Pils, a tad too much on the sweet side. 14.IX.14
