Gose, a traditional German beer style originated on the Gose river, traditionally flaunts the additions of citrus forward coriander, a subtle hint of salt, and is soured with lactobacillus. In our case, we have chosen Fleur de Sel, a French sea salt from the shores of Brittany, France. We then added a generous amount of Key Limes for an extra tart and refreshing finish.

Slightly hazy orange-copper color with a medium thin bone white head that recedes steadily to an outer ring. Stringy lace. Aroma of lime, wheat and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of salty lime, wheat and bready malt. The finish is tart with a key lime and wheat aftertaste. Decent overall.

Draught at Van Moll Fest. Pale yellow color no head. Aroma I really can't describe. Flavor is indescribable too. Odd. Lime. Ugh. Bleh don't like it. Dreft-ish. 5-2-4-2-7

Real odd. Pretty dry, good sourness, and nicely salty. Something limey but different there. After a while it starts getting too sharp, reminding of toilet freshener combined with vinegar. Something weird, can't put my finger on it.
