Our newest version of our Surround Sound DIPA has brilliant notes of mandarin citrus, with pleasant undertones of tropical fruit and pine thanks to a huge 20 g/L dry hop dosing of Simcoe and Amarillo hops.

1 pint can. Shared with Viลกnja 666, huge thanks. Hazy golden, small off-white head. Moderately hoppy, citrusy, zesty, oils, more lemon and orange than grapefruit and lime. Light herbs, pine needles. Light toasty or gingerbread malts, some ginger and orange. Flavour is citrusy and piney. Slightly flat. Oily. Drinkable, medium body. Light finish.

473ml can. Hazy orange, big white head. Aroma of mandarin, orange, resin. Taste is very resinous, orange, mandarin, pine, tropical. Medium body. Fairly decent considering this is a 6 month old can.

Tap at Unorthodox. Probably this one based on its character, 8.2% ABV too. Huge mandarin actually present, very fresh, juicy fruity feeling. Balanced feeling, med-high bitterness, malt in background, but crystal sweetness with moderate body present. Hops centered, clean, easy drinking, very good.

Bottleshare at Craft Islington. Can. Hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, mildly, reasonable fine carbonation. Light citrus, lightly tangy, little sharpness. Modest ripe tropical fruits. Smooth piney finish. Decent.

Can shared at craft beer Co Islington. Many thanks to Tipple for this one. A light hazed bright yellow gold coloured pour with a halo of white head. Aroma is mellow dank, pineapple, lemon, wheat chewy, midget gems, pepper, pineapple. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, chewy lemon, semi sweet, mango, peach, nectarine, pineapple,. Spicy citrus.. Palate is semi sweet, chewy, moderate carbonation. Good.

Burk Dipa provning wilhemshill . Mycket ljus medelgrummlad. Doftar papaya, melon och hav. I munnen lakrits, svartpeppar , tallbarr, lite grรคs. Riktigt bra Dipa.

Can, 0.473l. Aroma of mango, passion fruit, pineapple, orange and resin. Pours hazy orange golden color with thin creamy off-white head and average sparkling appearance. Taste starts with sweet tropical fruit, stone fruit and resin, following is pungent citrusy, herbal, grassy and medicinal, mouthfeel is warm alcoholic, while finish is heavy bitter. Full body, oily texture and average carbonation in palate. Definitely makes surround sounds in my head...
