v2 was kindly tucked in ex Blimey/150 Watt and 20 year old gin barrels. This is v2.1 a third fill, so we spiced it up a bit with Lemon Drop dryhop and some tequila.

Bottiglia. All'olfatto si esprimono sentori di sour. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata, permanendo in maniera apprezzabile. Il cappello di schiuma ha una scarsa tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana media. Il liquido è di aspetto opalescente. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è nella media e c'è anche una punta leggermente acidula. La forza gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è buona. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Al gusto vengono donati toni di miele, agrumi, arancia, gin, tequila, limone, mela verde, erbe aromatiche e lampone.

Bottle at home, darker amber brown beer, small head. Aroma is alcohol, barrel, wood, gin, malt, sweet, fruit. Taste is the same, sweet, malt, fruit, barrel, wood, alcohol, gin, bitter, not bad.

Bottle. Color: Slightly hazy orange-brown, thin off-white head. Aroma: Sweetish, floral notes, bit sirupy. Taste: Sirupy, sweetish, malty with floral, herbal and lightly fruity notes of what is Tequila, I presume. Hints of wood. Just over medium body, quite dense and dry-ish mouthfeel and pretty low carbonation. Over medium sweet, light bitterness. Mwah. I've had better BA beers from this brewery.

Fles 33cl in Zuidwolde. Fruitig, wat boozy, gin invloeden, hout, fris, vrij dun voor deze abv. (17-10-2020).

Smaakt naar jeneverbes, zoet maar ook zuur, hout en een beetje kruidig. Lekker zacht ook. Heb net wel m'n mond verbrand aan de Moussaka dus ben al blij dat ik überhaupt iets proef.

Ruikt zoetig, ik ben niet helemaal thuis in de tequila of gin. Heeft iets zurigs in zich, maar ook het bittere van jeneverbes, wat hout. Niet optimaal gebalanceerd, maar genoeg smaken om mee te vermaken

Bottle shared by TomHendriksen. Orange-ish / amber color, small off-white head. Aroma and flavor both have malts, a very modest sweet note, more bitter than I expected, some citrus notes in the aftertaste and yes liquor influence is there. Thinnish texture, soft oily and a bit watery, average body, fairly soft carbonation. Hmm ok-ish.

Flesje gedeeld door Tomhendriksen en gedronken met Tomhendriksen. Amberkleurig troebel bier met matig schuim. Aroma van tequila en gin. Smaak heeft iets te veel tequila. Weinig nasmaak.

Fles gekocht bij Stadsbrouwerij Eindhoven, geprobeerd met Inoven en Benzai. Het is een licht bruin tot amberkleurig bier met weinig schuim. Het heeft een houtige wat Tequila achtige geur. De smaak is houtig, gin achtig en wat limoen achtig in de afdronk.
