Do hat man einen intensiven Maisgeschmack🌽, was per se ok ist, den das mexikanische Original aber besser hinkriegt. Das muss der Sommer schon wirklich sehr heiß 🥵 sein.

Pours clear yellow with a frothy white head, quickly dissipates. Aroma of corn and rice. Taste has some malty sweetness, nearly neutral. Palate has some grain, corn on the nose. Eh.

Bottled 330ml. -from Carrefour Aosta. Pale golden coloured, small white head, corn in the nose. Corn, caramel, sugar and grain with cardboard notes in the finish. Crap.

{mariachi band playing} Bottle from Plus! While shopping for tortilla dinner. Piss-yellow with foam on top. Sweet tequila flavoured agave syrup, corn malts and lime. Very sweet, with limey tart suggestion. One little glass of this was perfect for what it’s supposed to be but also quite enough. Sweet, medium body and average carbonation.

Fles thuis geprobeerd. Het is een licht geel bier met weinig schuim. De smaak en geur zijn kunstmatig. Beetje Desperados achtig.

Found this at a little local’s bar in Havana. Pale, bland with very light, marginal bitterness, and not much else. Serve near frozen, right.

Schiuma con bolle medie a rapida sparizione. Colore giallo chiaro. Intensità olfattiva tenue, di granturco. Persistenza olfattiva corta. Frizzantezza scarsa, ma attiva e persistente. Corpo leggero. Persistenza gustativa sufficiente. Intensità gustativa leggera. Birra chiara, piuttosto amarognola e dal finale luppolato. Nonostante l’origine, il look della bottiglia è decisamente messicano: questa grafia è anche una garanzia di sapore delicato e livido. Produzione europea. Bottiglia serigrafata.

Bottle @ home. Clear straw pale golden color, virtually no head. Smells and tastes like intended I guess: an artificially flavored sweetish light summer beer. Low body and carbonation. Oh well, on a hot summer day it probably isn’t all that bad.

Bottle at the "couldn’t be arsed to do anything else on a Wednesday tasting @ ABC Beers". Poured a straw colour. The flavour is light sweet with a watery, citrus mineral yeast palate. Light bodied with average carbonation. Rather like a weak shandy! Pretty awful really.
