440ml can from sophiesbeerstore.co.uk. Murky dark brown, pale cream / tan head. Aroma presents gentle chocolate tones, though seems to fade away on the palate. Overall character presents a standard trad porter feel with burnt roast murmurs. Faint chocolate suggestions but nothing to make a big deal about. Somewhat uneventful.

Sludgy brown with a small off-white head and a big coffee aroma, it has a nice semi-thick mouthfeel with chocolate and coffee to the fore, like a beer-infused choco-frappuccino, leaving a nice sweet milky coffee aftertaste

440ml can. Poured a clear dark brown colour with a mostly lasting frothy tan head. The aroma is roasty malt, chocolate and lactose. The flavour is moderate to strong sweet, with a smooth, rich, oily, roasty, earthy, liqourice, light pepper spice palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.
