Tasting at Brian's, corked bottle
Cloudy blond colour; mild funky aroma, generic fruit; good mouthfeel, it's moderately sour, the fruit is there, and there is some astringency in the finish; possibly, some yeast too, though. pretty good.

500ml on Brian's deck. Appearance: hazy tolden with a white head. Aroma: funky, juicy, some acetone. Taste: along the same lines, quite acidic. Overall: ok.

It's blonde, has a light tartness in the aroma, and just a touch of apple. Quite tart up front, a bit of wildness, and in the back there's a bit of apple sweetness as well. It's okay, but I wouldn't mind a bit more complexity.

500mL bottle, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma reveals a little wild yeast, some gentle green apple, and a touch of oak -- pretty tepid. Flavour is full of tart apples, gentle wild yeast, oak, and a lot of sourness. Lots of tart apple on the finish, with a touch of acetone. It's alright.

Clear gold with a small white head. Light cheesy funk. Soured hard candy and light green apple notes. Tart and dry.
