Clean, fruity and crisp; light bodied but not too dry. Fermented with Bavarian lager yeast, dry hopped with Saaz and Hallertau Tradition and infused with Genmaicha tea with its unique toasted rice character.

[33cl bottle from Beer 52.] A slightly hazy pale straw coloured pour with a tight white head; aroma of sour grains; smooth with a grainy body, some toasted rice, and a hint of honey; then a grassy bitterness. Interesting.
