# 3187; 9/2022. Roasty, smoky and bacon aroma. Opaque dark brown body; persistant lacing tany head. Smooth, creamy, roasty, coffee, slightly smoky. Very good milk stout. 0,5 l, bottle, supermarket, Lincoln (Lincolnshire, England).

Sämiges, sehr röstiges Stout. Die Laktose schmecke ich nicht raus, macht es aber wohl so rund. Die im Stout-Vergleich fehlenden Prozente sind auch nicht spürbar.

Drukket på Bergstua. Svart. Middels høyt mokkafarget skum som daler sakte og etterlater litt lacing. Sjokoladearoma. Myk munnfølelse. Smaken mest lakris. Hint av røstet malt. Kanskje en anelse av fjøs her men den ødelegger ikke inntrykket av et bra øl - spesielt ut fra styrken. Tørr avslutning. Vanilje?

Black beer, thin head. Smells of toasty malt. Flavour is malt, a little chocolate, some vanilla and anise. Nowt special but very decent.

Bottle shared with BHK on board Fridtjofen 25.09.20. Dense and persistent brown head and lacing. Aroma and taste of roasted barley, roasted malt, fresh coffee, pistachio and some pine bitterness. Good!

Bottle. Nose is chocolate, milk chocolate, roast, hint of vanilla, cream. Taste is roast, earthy, bitter leaf, almost sour note, cold filter coffee, more roast. No chocolate, lactose or noticeable sweetness. It's not very good, to the extent I wonder if I have a duff bottle. Rated on what I found.

Bottle from Tesco Milky chocolate in the nose of this one. Pours a very dark reddish brown with a very lively beige ehad, which soons subsides (but doesn’t disappear). Creamy chocolate on the top layer in the mouth, with bitter coffee grounds underneath. Lightly carbonated with a smooth texture. Finish is dry and bitter. Overall good stuff – I’ll certainly drink this again.

500ml bottle. Poured a clear dark brown colour with a big fizzy tan head. The aroma is roasty malt, liqourice, very light chocolate. The flavour is liqourice bitter, with a slightly watery, liqourice, ashtray palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation. Way over-carbonated up front for a stout. Watery and almost no chocolate. This is supposed to be a milk stout but there was zero lactose. A really poor, mass produced beer.
