Hallowed is a Belgian inspired beer that’s brewed in England. It is also one of the first beers to be brewed by Robinsons Brewery that uses Belgian yeast. Robinsons haven’t changed the yeast used in their beers since 1942, which makes Hallowed even more special.

Cask @ Castle Hotel, Manchester. Dark amber in colour. Has a spiciness to it, otherwise it's a malty ale.

Clear amber, nice white head. Aroma is light and malty. Tastes of malt, a dash of citrus, hop, caramel. Dry aftertaste. It's not anything special but it's not bad at all.

330mL bottle, pours a dark amber orange with a small beige head. Nose brings out loads of banana, esters, and Belgian candied sugar. Flavour is loaded with bananas, esters and Belgian yeast. This shit is just undrinkable. Banana nastiness. Terrible.
