Keg @ Station. Pours dark with a small tan head. Aroma has strong blueberry fruit and, actually, yes blueberry muffin does come to mind. Taste is perhaps lighter than expected, with chocolate & blueberry syrup notes, a little sugary and moderately sweet with a low bitterness. Lacks a little body perhaps. Needs a bit more malt to lift this beyond a light, sweet porter.

Keg at BeerHeadz Nottingham Station. Bluish dark and opaque. An uneven film of off-white head on top. Aroma of berries, chocolate and sweet pastry with light vinous notes. The sweet/tart interplay of the blueberry is closed down by bitter hop in the finish. Slight medicinal aftertaste. Low carbonation. Imperfect but still lovely and well worth trying.
