Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso va su caffè, cioccolato e affumicato. L'intensità olfattiva è molto elevata e la continuità olfattiva è apprezzabile. Il cappello di schiuma cremosa ha una buona tenuta, è persistente e voluminoso. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. La carbonazione è abbondante. La frizzantezza si manifesta sotto forma di perlage dalle bollicine fini. Il colore è scuro impenetrabile. Il corpo è strutturato. Il dolce è medio in buon equilibrio con l'amaro medio. L'intensità gustativa è elevata. La costanza gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole per una birra parecchio gassata. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono di facile beva. Il finale è semplice e dissetante. Il retrogusto è intenso. Al palato arrivano sensazioni di miele, orzo tostato, nocciola, affumicato e agrumi.

Bottle@TTBS, Copenhagen - Black pour with tan head. Aroma and taste is artificial burnt plastic rubber with some medicinal chemical notes, really don’t like this.

33 cl bottle. Pours hazy dark brown to black with a small brown head. Aroma is medicinal and burned plastic. Toasted malty, herbal. Medicinal and burned to peated smoked. Dry malty finish.

Very dark brown with a high formation of a beige head, good duration. Aroma with roasted malts, meat, sme wood. Flavor is quite the similar as aroma but with a high presence of smoked malts. Light bitterness in the final, smoky.

Bottle from Lerma beer festival. Brown coloured with a beige head. Smell of toasted malts, caramel, smoke, smoked wood. Flavour of roasted malts, bacon, smoked wood, bit of caramel and citric hops.

Bottle at Torben Mathews tasting. Creamy lightbrown good mostly lasting head. Dark red amber colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy smoekd aroma. Light biter very ugly smoked/bacon flavor. Average light bitter fnish. Oily palate.
