Aroma of wheat, citrus, lemon, mild smoke. Flavour is light tart. Body is light, but not bothersome. Great session beer with a subtle smoke.

Bottle thanks to Bursprak. Pours pale hazy yellow with a small white head. Notes of salt, lemon, citrus, lactic, meaty.

Bottle. Pale blonde, cloudy. Lemon, bacon and smoked cheese in the aroma and flavor. Very moderate sourness. Birch tree. Nice!

0.33 l bottle from ’Stoom’ at 3.5% abv, bottled in December 2015. Hazy, yellow with a massive, dense, stable, white head. Sourish-fruity, slightly smoky aroma of lemon peel, gooseberry, some wheat, even some wood and hints of smoked ham. Sourish-fruity, slightly smoky taste of lemon peel, gooseberry, some rhubarb, wheat and some smoked ham, followed by a short, moderately tart, slightly smoky finish. Thin to medium body, spritzy, slightly astringent and quite effervescent mouthfeel, lively carbonation. Refreshing, very citrusy interpretation with subtle notes of smoke. Unfortunately too much carbonation, but, especially regarding the abv, a really decent beer.

Bottle at Stoom. Light golden pour. Aroma of grain and mild tart. Subtle taste of smoke, grain, subtle bacon and some fresh tart. Nice one.

Bottle 330ml. [ As Katjelam Grätzer ].[ Courtesy of my Local Swap 2015-3 - MonsterMagnet ]. Hazy matt light to medium yellow color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, rubber, smoke. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, rubber, fruit, wheat, smoke. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20151121]

Bottle, 2.5%. Unclear very pale yellow with big white head. Aroma is malt, smoke and fruit. Flavour is malt, fruit, smoke, thin, meat, watery and a little bitter.

Bottle. Creamy White good mostly lasting head. yellow colour. Light malty and hoppy very smoked aroma. Light bitter very smoked flavor. Short light bitter finish. watery palate.
