Bottle @ Aarhus tasting. Hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, fruity and smoky. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 211115

On tap @ Kimchi festival 2015. Cloudy pale blonde color. Rocky white head with good lacing. Aroma’s: light smokey, fruit, wheat. Retronasal it’s smokey, refreshing, sweet & sour fruit. Flavor is smokey, fruity, just hints of sour, sweet and bitter. Light bodied, rather thin. Short finish, lightly bitter. Very refreshing, which is strange for a smokey beer.

From tap @Oersoep Craft Beer Festival 2015, pale yellow with a full frothy white head. aroma of smoked malts is very dominating. Taste smoked malts/bacon, malts, light, weak sweetness, slightly bitterness, citrus, weak body, somewhat dry --- Beer merged from original tick of Grätzer on 25 May 2018 at 13:13 - Score: 7

Bottle @ Van Moll Brewpub shared with Erwin Van Moll. Hazy milky pale yellow color, full sized white head that lasts for quite a long time. Aroma is lightly lemongrass, slightly herbs of spices. Tastes about the same plus some smoke, but the flavor is quite faint. Also carbonation is firm to fizzy which gets in the way of the flavor. Meh..

Clear pale yellow colour, white head. Aroma of smoke, malts, light spices. Light sweet flavour, smoke, some banana. Bit thin, but no surprise considering the ABV. Smoky finish, bread, ginger. Nice and refreshing, ideal for a sunny and warm spring day (like this).

33cl Bottle from Secret Sint, thanks! Hazy pale yellow colour, white head. Aroma of smoke, wheat, lemon. Flavour is very refreshing, subtle smoke with wheat and lemon, tiny hint of tartness, light-bitter finish. Light-bodied, but never thin, which is quite an accomplishment considering ABV. Good.
