28th September 2007. St Albans Beer Fest. Slighty fruity ale with a bitter finish. Inoffensive but totally unremarkable.

Cask (handpump) @ The Tree Cherry, Huddersfield, England.Clear medium to dark orange color with a average to large, creamy to frothy, good lacing, fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, light caramel, light to moderate hoppy, citrus, grapefruit, smoke - medicine - chlorine notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20090716]

Cask at the Plough & Harrow (JDW), Hammersmith. Amber with a creamy white head; orangy grainy aroma; smooth and full bodied and packed with flavour - citrus, honey and an intense burst of bitterness; a clean bitter finish. Excellent.

Cask@2006 Derby Winter Beer Festival. Golden beer with a light head. The flavour is dry and plainly hopped and the aroma is lightly hopped. Overall a plain beer.

[Cask at GBBF 2004] A hazy orange-brown beer with a nice beige head. The aroma is nicely fruity, while the flavor is quite bitter, grassy, and hoppy.

Cask at Akkurat, Stockholm. Amber colour. Grassy and fruity. Sweet, medium bodied and fairly hoppy with notes of honey. Resiny, bitter finish. Quite pleasant.
