33 cl bottle served in a Teku glass. A cloudy amber to orange pour with a short-lived, off-white head. Aroma is orange drop, cardamom, honey, dry apricots, and a note of dust. Dry, full-bodied, fizzy, ester-y, clear artificial sweeteners on the finish, yet not overly cloying. Zero bitterness.

330ml. bottle gifted by P&I, many thanks. @Home, 16/01/2024. [#6.999 Global - #1.398 Spain - #7 Cervezas La Sagra] Pours light cloudy straw yellow with a tiny and lacing white head. Aroma: lots of coriander, orange peel and spiced malts. Taste: yeast, faded floral hops and spiced malts. Long yeasty citrusy mouthfeel. Next one please!

Servida en tulipa. Color naranja claro, turbio y opaco, espuma blanca de poca retención. Aroma discreto a cereal, trigo, cítricos, coriandro y un fondo floral y dulce, como azucarado... En boca es suave, finamente gasificada, cuerpo ligero, notas de cereal, pan, cítricos, hierba. Una witbier agradable y correcta, no esta mal.

Ambar clara, dos dedos de espuma que queda en medio pero bastante duradero. Aroma no muy marcado, especiado y herbal. En boca entra muy bien con suave textura cremosa. Rica base de malta, animada por cierta efervescencia controlada, y el equilibrio que le da el lupulo, dando un notable contrapunto especiado, seco y herbal. Bastante seca al final. Notable, con características de hefeweizen aunque más cercana de las witbier.

Flavour is wheaty, bittery from the beginning to the end with a medium duration, some citrus notes are present too. Carbonation is medium, body is light to medium.
