This sparkling organic Medium Dry cider is made exclusively from the Court Royal apple. Its natural sweetness means it can be enjoyed as a dessert fruit, but when fermented it produces a delicate, aromatic, medium dry cider. Despite irregular cropping we have planted a number of Court Royal trees and 2011 proved to be a great harvest. We offer this rare cider for your consideration.

17th Sep 2013: 500ml bottle from Dunkerton’s Farm shop. A great blend of a new single varietal for me. Sweet and sparkly with enough tannin bite to keep you on your toes. Very moreish.
