0,30 flaske innkjøpt av og delt med Ovesen ombord på Fridtjofen juli-14: kort beige filmskum og lett uklar mørkebrun farge. Litt rosin, nøtter og vanilje i aromaen. Liten munnfylde og kort ettersmak, med lett smak dominert av rosin og røde bær. Litt rips. I enkleste laget for en dubbel.

Dark ruby. Beige head and lacing. Aroma of dark berries, dried fruit, roasted nuts and ruby port. Dried berries in taste. A bit thin mouthfeel. Dark malt and chocolate in aftertaste.

(7%) - Dark brown. Aroma is fruity, malty and has a strange hint of wax crayon. Low carbonation. Smooth, a little oily. Nice maltiness in the flavour but overall a touch too sweet.

Sweet and sticky dubbel beer. Notes of chocolate and lots of liquorice. Not very good.

Bottle @ yespr. Pours a dark amber color with a small off-white head. Has a weak roasted malty caramel spicy aroma. Fruity malty spicy caramel flavor with weak hints of dark fruit. Has a fruity malty spicy caramel finish.

Bottled. A deep red beer with atan head. The aroma has notes of straw, dusty hops, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and dusty hops, leading to a bitter finish.

Bottle @ yespr tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is brown. Aroma and taste are dried fruits, malt, caramel, yeast and hops. Quite neutral and easy drinkable.

30 cL bottle, 7%. Pours cloudy brown with a small tan head. Aroma is toasted malty. Dry breadish and toasted. Bitter, spiced and dry. Light herbal and dark malty finish.
