Pours black with a tan head. Aroma has notes of roasted malt, chocolate, coffee, vanilla, oak, maple and alcohol. Taste is heavy sweet and medium bitter with a long warm, roasted, coffee, vanilla and chocolate finsih. Body is full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Unclear dark dark brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, coffee, dark malt, wood, sweet malt, barrel - vanilla - chocolate - bourbon. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, sweet malt, woody, dark malt, coffee, roasted, chocolate, barrel - vanilla - bourbon.
