When you combine the charm of wood and the wildness of the wild yeasts of the Mikulov wine region, you get our unique Meditation beer.
We prepare it from wild perennial and young beer. This combination ensures optimal taste balance. The result is a refreshing drink with a very fine acid and a decent wine character. The older part, which matures for up to 2 years in French oak barrels after the great Bordeaux, adds typical spicy and woody tones. The younger part then softens the whole and balances the body fermented to dryness.
Meditation is recommended for more experienced tasters.

0,1l glass from bottle at Wild Creatures during Wild Days. Vintage 2020. Orange hazy color, small white head. smells funky, earthy, peppery, bit flowery. Nice smell. Medium body, soft carbonation. tastes flowery, earthy, bit herbal, grassy, tobacco. finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of flowery, earthy and tobacco notes. Very nice one, very smooth to drink, great balance

2020 version at BXL 2022. Pours an unclear, browned amber. Small white head. Scent is full, funky, oak forward. Mild citrus. Taste is tart, full, bit malty, bit citrus. Fullbodied. Quite damn nice, full bodies and creamy 'geuze' !

2018 Ed. Fluffy white head over clouded orange beer. Rainwater, horseblanket, lemon, sulphur, fruity esters, mouldy citruspeel, putteke . Lactic acid, Brettanomyces, lemon, lemonpeel. Unripe peach, yoghurt. Preserved Turkish lemon with all the sugar and honey washed off. Light body, very well carbonated, lipsmacking acidity, acidthinning. The closest Wild Creatures comes to gueuze. Blending would complete the trick, I guess.
