8/6/2018. Cask at the 27th Doncaster CAMRA Beer Festival. Pours clear dark amber with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma of toffee, malt, citrus, passion fruit, wood and nut. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness. Medium body, slight oily texture, soft carbonation. Fruity and moderately bitter finish. Enjoyable.

Cask. Old Crown, Handsworth, Sheffield. Amber colour. Light haze. Creamy white head. Vinegar on the nose. Tastes much the same. Nothing to report here. Other than the vinegar. Back to the bar it goes...
