This is the flagship of our pursuit to create the most hoppy New England IPA we can. Nectar is a single hop IPA with a clear aim – to embody aroma and flavour of the legendary hop Citra a to do so with minimal bitterness and a pretty thick body. You’ll love it for its fruity, citrusy and tropical flavour.

Drucken på fat på Beerditch, Malmö. Serverad i ett kölschglas. Disig ljusgul vätska. Stor fruktig doft. Lätt beska men ganska torr eftersmak. Gott

500ml can. Hazy, yellow-ish, pale golden colour with small to average, frothy, to creamy, slowly diminishing, minimally lacing, snow-white head. Citrusy hoppy and oaty, malty aroma, notes of lemon, lemon zest, a touch of pineapple. Taste is bitter, citrusy hoppy, minimally tropical fruity as well, dry, oaty, malty basis, notes of lemon, lemon peel, a touch of yuzu, woody pineapple, some citric tartness; lingering, bitter, zesty and slightly mineral finish. Watery texture, dry palate, medium to macropore, prickly carbonation. A tad too thin and light-bodied, pretty refreshing - there are better NEIPAs out there, also from Zichovec themselves. Not bad, but I expected a bit more...
