The VALAISANNE Blanche (Wheat) appears with a satin, light yellow color and a magnificent, natural yeast turbidity.

Due to the hop addition of the noble aroma of the Amarillo hop to the young beer, the mild clove and tender yeast notes of the wheat beer mix with the fruity apricot and citrus notes of the hops to form a successful mélange. The full-bodied Blanche wheat finishes with a fine, mild bitterness.

hazy pale yellow (almost white) colour, large, though not too stable white head; aroma of coriander, orane zest, wet wheat, lemony notes andlemoncake notes; taste has the same notes with some biscuity sweetness; really good witbier

hazy pale yellow colour, medium sized dense white head which disappears quite quickly; aroma of wheat, grapeseeds and even some grape juice (or at least grape peel), some banana and dried apricot notes; taste has the same notes as can be felt in the aroma with some syrupy sweetness; enjoyable!

Many thanks to David for sharing this bottle. Smooth malty neutral beginning. Malty, grainy, fresh.

33cl bottle. A slightly hazy yellow golden beer with a small white head. Aroma of mild sweet banana, yeast and phenols. Taste of phenolic banana and yeast. Boring!

Bouteille (Grüezi am See...!) Hazy, Pale Golden to golden, slowly collapsing medium-sized white head, moderate sourish-sweet citrussy and wheaty nose, yeast is well detectable; moderate sourish and sweetish flavour, quite light bodied, a bit fizzy, but all in all soft; lingering citrus-fruity finish with a very low tartness in the aftertaste. My Swiss beer #100 is well made, really refreshing...

Huge thanks to quack-duck for that one! Bottle looks good. Beer in the glass zippy, small head. Mild malty aroma. Starts mild, malty, modest dry. Light yeasty. Fruity hints of lemon, light sourish. Well balanced finish. Okay.

bottle from Blaser Kreuzlingen. Hazy pale golden with a tall white head. Light and elegant wheaty base with a yeasty fruity touch and shy, but nicely aromatic floral-citrusy hops. Nice summer beer.

330ml bottle from a wooden Christmas crate of average swiss beers given by my father-in-law. Thanks Eric. Pours misty yellow, small white head. Aroma brings light overripe hefe esters, softly sweet. Taste is banana foam sweets, smooth textures, soft grain. Ok hefe.

Many thanks for this beer To CH-303. Thanks Again Asbjorn.
