The label on this one contains echoes of where our journey began, County Durham.

Who fancies a sesh? Tropical hops, soft and smooth. Well hopped can of joy. Light and clean but it’s dangerously drinkable. A midweek marvel.

Tasting session with my son, at home on 15th Nov 2020. 440ml can, BB 25th Sep 2021. Hazed golden pour, thin white topping. Hoppy with a citrus leaning in both the nose and taste, juicy and semi-sweet leading to a slightly bitter finish.

440ml can and my first beer from Tyne & Wear. Newcastle Brown Ale, which I've tried, is no longer brewed here which is a shame. Hazy gold, small white head, plenty on retention. Aroma of lemon citrus, passionfruit, pineapple, grain. Taste is citrus lemon, light passionfruit, very fresh, good bitterness. Great body for a 4.2% ABV. They obviously haven't been shy on the oats nor the hops. Full flavoured Session IPA.

A hazy, cloudy gold beer with a small, foamy white head, and a fruity lemon aroma. The taste is all fruity bitterness with a nice hint of biscuit malt and it slips down with such a beautiful mouthfeel it's gone before you know it, ideal session pale ale which leaves a lovely dry bitter aftertaste

Foamy white head left a froth on a hazy amber coloured body. Fruity aroma with mango & stone fruit. Medium bodied, light & airy over the tongue with a sharp clean back. Mango, confectionery, nectarine & melon tastes with a bitter pithy finish. Good one!

Keg @ Kilder before watching Rotten Sound and Napalm Death. Pours a misty gold with pure white bubblebath foam atop. Excellent fruity lemon on the nose. Taste is lusciously well rounded, nice juicy character, lemon hints, surprisingly flavoursome for a session IPA, moderately sweet. Very good.
