Our First DIPA and crikey, what a show stopper. This 8% wonder is hopped to the nines with Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe and Idaho 7. We extended conditioning time to ensure a beer full of flavour with a gentle full finish.

Can. Hazy orange gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, light and with a fine minerally crispness. Smooth ripe citric fruits, ripe orange. A little hop spice and light pine. Smooth finish. Nice enough.

Can from Eltham Wines. Cloudy orange pour with a white head. Mango, papaya, peach, tangerine, pineapple aromas. Taste is tropical fruit, pineapple, peach, satsuma, pink grapefruit. Lots of sweet juicy fruit in the mouthfeel. Goes down very nicely.
