Apricot and funky wild fermentation give this wild ale a tart & refreshing fruit flavour.

Cloudy orange body and modest foam. Good tart sour apricot on the nose, slightly funky. Taste is apricot juice, slight wild grain funk, lingering wild yeast. Not a bad approach to a beer of this type.

Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Light cheese and apricot. Soured apricot and dirty notes. Not great.

650mL bottle, pours a cloudy dull orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out bright apricots upfront, with a touch of wild yeast. Flavour follows through, with lots of bright apricot, gentle wild yeast and a hint of sweetness. Lots of apricots, with a nice wild yeast finish. Good stuff.

This has a dark dried apricot colour, thin head, and the nose has a lot of apricot. On the palate, a light tartness, sort of muddled, and a fair bit of sweet apricot. This has to be one of the first times Persephone has ever used brett, but there is some inexperience with this beer.
