Roma Pilsner is our first beer of the type pilsner. It's a german kind of pilsner with increased bitterness and a clear yellow color. This beer is a tribute to the old sugar factory in Roma, built in 1894, which nowadays houses several local producers, including our very own brewery from the spring of 2020!

Bottle from Systembolaget beställningssortiment. A bit hazy golden with a white head. On the mild side with grass, bread and malt. Light bitterness.

Where: Systembolaget.
Appearance: Hazy golden colour with a white head.
Aroma: Fruit, malt, bread, citrus.
Body: Medium body and carbonation.
Flavour: Fruit, malt, citrus, hops.

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Lightly hazy pale golden, small head. Fruity, bready nose. Mid dry with light body and clean mouthfeel. Grassy and slender. Mid bitter finish. Refreshing.
