You know what sunshine makes us think of? Tacos. You know what tacos make us think of? Margaritas. So, we made a tart wheat beer, added kaffir lime leaf, key lime, orange, and pink Himalayan salt. All it's missing is the two hour wait for the Big Star Patio. And tacos.

Can from Holiday Market. Pours a hazy straw gold with a finger of white foam that dissipates. Margarita and lime nose with some light grain aromas. More candied lime with salt and light straw flavors on the palate. Sweeter than a lot of goses, but nice carbonation. Easy drinking summer gose with lime zest that lingers.

Sampled from the tap at GTMW 2019. Pours a hazy pale yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has slightly tart lime, a bit of agave and a sweet wheat note. Flavor has some sweet wheat, slightly earthy and a bit of tart lime in the finish.
