You know what sunshine makes us think of? Tacos. You know what tacos make us think of? Margaritas. So, we made a tart wheat beer, added kaffir lime leaf, key lime, orange, and pink Himalayan salt. All it's missing is the two hour wait for the Big Star Patio. And tacos.

16oz can at Chicago Theatre. Pretty solid - been awhile since I last had a Gose. Quite decent

On tap at Off Color - The Mousetrap, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out light lime, salt, and a touch of lacto. Flavour is full of citrus, lactic acid, gentle salt, and a subtle tequila character. Citrusy, lactic and coriander in the finish. Well-balanced and well-constructed. Very good.

Why does this pair well with tacos? It's sour, numbing & astringent dumb-asses. it does taste good though. On tap @Gb's in Orlando. Jellied, light gold, frothy pour. Savory, anticipating salty nose; floral. Crispy, floral, sort of sweet, faint lime bitterness, saltier than expected. Very tasty nonetheless. A bit slurry, but with ample co2. Cheers.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a cloudy yellow gold with small white head that lasts. The aroma is sea salt, lime zest, wheat. Slick body, lime, orange zest, light salty finish, very good.

17 September 2022. At Tapster Wicker, Chicago. Shared with the lovely Anke!

Clear yellow, small, white head. Aroma of lime juice, ripe starfruit, wheat, kiwi, salt. Taste has sour lime, mandarin & kiwi over wheaty maltiness. Tart, citric finish, salty-minerally. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Balanced Gose, quite good.
