You know what sunshine makes us think of? Tacos. You know what tacos make us think of? Margaritas. So, we made a tart wheat beer, added kaffir lime leaf, key lime, orange, and pink Himalayan salt. All it's missing is the two hour wait for the Big Star Patio. And tacos.

Clear yellow, small, white head. Aroma of lime juice, ripe starfruit, wheat, kiwi, salt. Taste has sour lime, mandarin & kiwi over wheaty maltiness. Tart, citric finish, salty-minerally. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Balanced Gose, quite good.

5 oz glass at Orange & Brew. Hazy yellow, with a thin ring of foam. A familiar slightly tart gose nose. There is lime here, but it's quite understated. No special adjunct taste, just a nice, light wild beer with a slight side of lime.

16 oz. This version doesn't have any orange or Kaffir lime leaf, just lime juice and salt. 4.8% ABV. Aroma has notes of lime, SweeTarts, wheat, salt, flowers. Pours hazy pale golden with a large off-white head with excellent retention. Taste is light to moderately sour (6/10) and pretty salty, finishing dry.

Slightly hazy, translucent straw body, thick, puffy cream head. Nose tart, with lime and a grassy, sudsy bite. Tart body, flavorful, mostly lime and coriander, with a grassy, cerealy backdrop and a strong lactic bite. Refreshing.
