Bottle. Pours opaque black, small brown head, some lacing. Aroma is cinnamon spiced chocolate, vanilla, bourbon. Flavor is fairly sweet, very spiced. Full body.

Strong sweet cinnamon on the nose. Coconut, cinnamon and vanilla, smooth, some coffee, a tiny bit of booze. Cinnamon is very prominent but not aggressive at all, surprisingly balanced for the profile. Wicked good.

Bottle. Pours an opaque dark brown with a minimal beige head. Cinnamon and graham cracker aroma. Taste is bourbon, cinnamon, graham cracker, marshmallow and coconut.

Bottle from Holiday Market. Pours a pitch black with a half finger of brown head that dissipates. Huge cinnamon bomb focused nose with fudge brownies, marshmallow and bourbon underneath. Marshmallow, bourbon and cinnamon on the palate with cacao nib as it warms. Warming bourbon and cinnamon chocolate milk on the finish. Didn't get much coconut but that's OK as I love cinnamon in stouts.

ABV: 13.7%. Clear dark black brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, cocoa, spicy, cinnamon, light marshmallow and vanilla - coconut. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, cinnamon, cocoa, chocolate, dark malt, cinnamon cake, light marshmallow and vanilla - coconut. Body is medium to full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is warming and light alcoholic. [20200629]

Bottle @ Christian joining in with Martin newcomer and Thomas A. Oluf Bagers Gade. Pours Black with a bubbly head. Roast, Wood, cinnamon. Sweet. Oily and vinous. Coffee and vanilla. Warming alcohol. Cool without the adjuncts fooling to much around.

Cinnamon, soft, boozy. Top.
