Malt – Maris Otter Hops – Summit, Cascade. Summit and Cascade are similar in flavour. Summit is a better bittering hop as it imparts a clean bitterness and Cascade is lower in alpha acid and works perfectly as a flavouring and finishing hop. This beer has low levels of bitterness and a pleasant citrusy flavour. It is well balanced between malt and hop and a perfect session beer. A good introduction to real ale. Third, on cask at Jolly Tap in Wakefield. Clingy lacing from a film-type layer, clear golden body. Moderate smell of ripe citrus. Blended taste profile of subdued orange and mid-sweet pale malts. Hints of leafy hop bitterness towards the ending. Quite alright. (04.07.2019).

Cask-conditioned at the Chequers micropuncture, Beverley 13/12/2018. Golden in colour, with a slight, white, head. An easy drinking pale ale, with some citrus character, sweet malts and moderately bitter finish. Fine.

Cask @ White Swan, Doncaster. Clear blonde with a head. It's a hoppy ale with a mild maltiness, although slightly dense tasting for a session ale.
