Pretty clear yellow blond to beige beer, no head. Aroma: very nice, super fruity, pear juice, bit soapy, floral, juicy, sweet impression, rose water, floral, some honey, some Turkish delight. MF: pretty soft carbon, medium body. Taste: nice acidity, very fruity, juicy, honey, slightly soapy. Aftertaste: slightly bitter, orange peel, spicy touch, fruity, peaches and apricots, some cherries, marzipan touch, plantain, yeasty touch.
Paired very well with the sea bass poached in black tea.
